Otherwise known as the ‘Gryndlbacks’;

Incredibly slow moving, large hump on back makes for difficultly in swift maneuvering.  The armoured plating scattered about on its body protects from predators.

The Gryndlbacks' colouring aids in hiding from danger; tend to live in meadows with tall grass; eats mostly bugs and soil [the soil helps them gain the nutrients to promote stronger armour]

It has been noted that there is a slight variation in colouring depending on the sex and/or the region in which they thrive.
